Having a Wedding?

Let me make you your bridesmaids gifts! I make some cute clutches and wristlets! They can be in your weddings colors, or in your bridesmaids favorite colors! I make 3 different types of clutches and wristlets. I can add removable flowers, and decorative rhinestone pendants. I can even embellish the clutches in the bridesmaids first initial with rhinestones.

 Here is a clutch made from linen and closes with a heavy duty snap and a cute pocket on the inside. It also has a removable flower. The flower has an alligator clip so you can use it as a hair clip as well.

These are some other clutches i have made. They can come in any color you want!

Another example. Cute gray and black damask clutch.

This is another version of the clutches/wristlets i make. It has a removable strap so it can turn into a clutch. but its also a wristlet. This is the ruffled wristlet.

Very cute black and white damask that is combined with the pink. It looks so adorable. the pink can be changed to your weddings color, for example purple.

This is the third clutch that i make. Its a 5" frame (I can make it a 7" frame if you want it)

 This is super cute and classy. This also can be made in any color combination!

How long have you owned your business?

- Since Sept 2012 (In 2010 I originally opened but at that time it was called Butterfly Kisses Creations)

What was the inspiration for opening your business?

-My kids and my love for crocheting. I love handmade goods and I wanted to share my talent with others.

Describe your business and your goal.

-All items are handmade by me and me alone. I put love and care into every stitch and take my time to make your item to the best of my ability. A goal of mine is for every household in America to have a PDBT Creation J

What is the best/hardest part about having your own business?

-Best part: I make my own hours and love seeing the smile on customers faces.

Worst part: I can’t crochet as fast as my mind works!

Do you take custom orders? If so, what is your normal turn around time?

- Yes I do. Everything I make is custom made to order. Almost all the creations in my shop are first time tries that were a customer request. So if you can think it up, I can probably make it, and if not I don’t hesitate to tell you. I won’t make a promise I can’t keep.

I tell customers my turn around time is 2-6wks just to cover myself because I am in nursing school and I have 3 kids at home. My husband is in the military so sometimes he’s not at home.

What is the best way for customers to contact you?

-The best way to contact me is through email polka_dot_tots@yahoo.com or through my Facebook page www.facebook.com/polkadotbabytots. You can leave me a comment on my wall or message me privately.

How long does it take you to respond to emails?

-I respond almost immediately. Everything comes to my phone if I’m not near my computer, and if I am near my computer, it stays open all day and I randomly refresh the page(s)

Do you have a staff?

-No I do not. It’s me and only  me and that’s probably a good thing as I am a little bit of a perfectionist. Plus I want every PDBT customer to know that I, the owner of PDBT, handmade their creation.

Do you support or sponsor any events or charities?

-I try to support and/or sponsor a cause of some type as often as I can, even if it’s not a ‘nationally known cause’. I have done a raffle to help raise money to find a cure for Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). I’ve also participated in auctions to help raise money for families in need.

Custom Orders

So i have been working on a lot of custom orders. Which i absolutely love. I love creating things out of nothing and letting my imagination run wild! Not only that, but that's one of the reasons why i started my business. I wanted to create what you want. Everything from the style, to the color, and all the little details. So you have your own unique stylish item made for you! You don't have to go to the store wishing, that the purse had an extra pocket, or a zipper instead of the snap.... You tell me what you want and i make it!

I'm pretty good with timing as well. I love to make it and send it out to you as soon as possible. I work with you and always want to make you happy! I make purses, to zipper pouches, to clutches, even to scarfs!

I want my service to be the best, and want you to come back! In other words i just want you to be happy with what i make for you :)

This is actually for one of my best customers! She has bought from me many times. A beautiful hobo bag and matching wristlet :)

I live in Baltimore! haha so someone wanted a scarf made! I was more than happy to create a Baltimore Ravens scarf.

Another repeat customer! She is great and started up her own business and wanted a notepad portfolio and a matching pouch for her phone.

This is a diaper bag / weekender bag. I love how big it is. This customer wanted skulls! I love how it turned out!

Beautiful unique clutch. This was made for another business owner who wanted to take this to craft shows to put her money.

Today i have been working on my USB holders, or chapstick holders... And just wana tell you about them ! They are pretty awesome and can be used many different ways! :)

Ways to use:
- USB Cozy
- Chapstick Holder

- Even could hold a couple Business Cards

Crafty Frog Designs gives you a USB Cozy. It is made, so you wont have to keep looking for your USB! This can keep you organized and know exactly where your USB is at. This also has two pockets just in case you have two! It has a split key ring on the top so you can attach it to your purse, keys, or belt loop. Closes with a velcro to keep everything secure.

As you can see i have been super busy! I have been trying to make a bunch of stuff before my son gets here!

Hello!!

I know it been a long time! I have been very busy with my business, and of course life! and if you didn't know, I am pregnant and due anytime now! :) We know its a boy and he is already teasing me! He wants to come out and sometimes he doesn't!

I have been creating new items to my shop! and I'm very proud of them! So i wanted to take one blog post to explain each of my items i sell!

Today i want to present the Large Key Chain Zipper Pouch!

This is a great gadget holder.

Can hold many types of phones, I specifically made it to hold an iPhone but its big enough for different phones.

It is also made as a wallet. With a split key ring so you can hang on your keys or purse. and know where all your items are. Its perfect for when you are in a rush and only need the essentials not your entire bag.

It has a extra snap pocket to secure all your items. For example cash, credit cards, even business cards!

I love this large key chain zipper wallet.

I have one on my purse. Where i store my business cards, and my iPhone and cash. I can take it off easily and use it as a wristlet! (i made the wristlet strap) the ones i sell on my shop do not include the wirstlet strap.
