Im Back! Large Key Chain Zipper Pouch

Hello!!

I know it been a long time! I have been very busy with my business, and of course life! and if you didn't know, I am pregnant and due anytime now! :) We know its a boy and he is already teasing me! He wants to come out and sometimes he doesn't!

I have been creating new items to my shop! and I'm very proud of them! So i wanted to take one blog post to explain each of my items i sell!

Today i want to present the Large Key Chain Zipper Pouch!

This is a great gadget holder.
Can hold many types of phones, I specifically made it to hold an iPhone but its big enough for different phones.
It is also made as a wallet. With a split key ring so you can hang on your keys or purse. and know where all your items are. Its perfect for when you are in a rush and only need the essentials not your entire bag.
It has a extra snap pocket to secure all your items. For example cash, credit cards, even business cards!

Here is another one i have made.. all black and looks amazing!

Another one made with white and turquoise fabric

I love this large key chain zipper wallet.

I have one on my purse. Where i store my business cards, and my iPhone and cash. I can take it off easily and use it as a wristlet! (i made the wristlet strap) the ones i sell on my shop do not include the wirstlet strap.

If you would like to see more pics and where to buy them just click on the pic.

I hope you have a great night!

Labels! and a Tutorial!

Hello!
I still do not have my sewing machine. I'm so sad! but I need something to do! I cant just sit around and do nothing lol ha-ha but my two year old does keep me busy, but in the down time I love to do stuff… I was looking at a website for labels… to buy them and they cost 25 dollars for 25 of them… so a dollar a piece plus shipping and handling which was 5 dollars… so total 30 dollars!
ok so I was bored and starting look up how to use the  iron on paper that I heard works… so I looked up how much that cost and it was 8 dollars for 5 sheets of paper. ok not to bad… then I found a webpage or like a comment (I really don’t remember what page) that said print right on the fabric using an ink jet printer with freezer paper… by the time I found this out. my hubby already went to work and so I didn’t have the car…. ugh! right? so my head went to thinking! I grabbed my tape, a piece of paper, scissors, cotton fabric, and my printer!
daf
so what I did was taped my cotton to a regular piece of paper. but you have to tape it even no wrinkles on the fabric or your wording will be moved! ok next make your logo on your words page… I used a label helper that is already on the words page! then I took out all the paper out of the ink printer and put the piece of paper with cotton.. now hit print!

I was able to make two designs… now for the not fraying part… I'm gona use mod podge… I don’t have any right now since my last project.. so when I buy some, I will just paint it over and cut a little bit of the edges and no fraying!
all I have to do is just add to my purses or all my other stuff!
ha-ha cool right! I'm excited about it! and saving a lot of money doing this process my self!
ok well that’s it for tonight! hope you all had a good day!

Rubbing Alcohol is Awesome!

OK you gota hear me out ok . . . so I personally use rubbing alcohol every month to disinfect around my house… like corners of the house, windows, were the dogs sleep, I mean every were… its cheap and it doesn’t smell bad for long… and on top of that it wont harm my daughter! we have hard wood floors, carpet, and tile! ( I know we have all types of flooring lol) and we also have painted out living room and kitchen area blue… but you know how you can get lazy cleaning up the floor when there is a little bit of paint spatter… ha-ha well any ways I pour out my rubbing alcohol on the floor and realized that the blue paint came right off… no scrubbing or nothing! well the bigger paint spots you have to leave it on for a little bit longer but it still comes up! I was so amazed by it! my hubby was looking at me like what is wrong with you! ha-ha but o well…I'm very happy and excited I got the paint off the floor!

I also out rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle, and put them in all my bathrooms. Just spray wipe if needed and go! bot to much. I also love to use the spray bottle when one of family members is sick I just spray the couches so the alcohol just kills the germs… so no one else gets the germs.. I also have one near my sink, so it’s a easy grab after cooking with meat or something. its great!

why use rubbing alcohol:

  • cheap!
  • wont harm your kids, or pets
  • disinfects!
  • Get paint off floor!
  • leaves windows and mirrors streak free n clean
  • not a bad smell!

I just wanted to let you all know this new thing I found out! I love it ! I even use it on my floor and it gives a nice shine… I just love that it disinfects as well… being a mom is a tough job! I'm always worried about my daughter getting sick or if I'm cleaning enough so she wont get sick! ha-ha but that’s ok rubbing alcohol does everything at once!

Also what I use for my tile is Windex! ha ha it is very cheap and the tile looks amazing when I'm done! nice and shiny! and no annoying streaks!

but that’s it for now!

a little update: I got my laptop back from Dell, I really do not like Dell anymore… I'm thinking about getting a Mac or something else.. I have had so many problems with Dell and I haven't had this laptop for a year yet… so we’ll see… and also about my sewing machine… still haven't gotten it Sad smile cant wait to get it so I can sew!

but alright! hope you have a good day!

Melting Crayons!

                                                                Melting Crayons Tutorial:

My daughter has this thing when she gets new crayons she starts ripping off the paper and breaks them in half! I'm like no! lol so i had a bunch of crayons broken and I'm like i don know what to do! i remember when i was little my daddy took all our crayons one day and melted them down and gave us totally new crayons! so i did a bit of research before i dived in and came up with this !

You need the double boiler method.. water in a pan and then like an old glass cup that you don't want or you don't like!

you also need a mold! and some old crayons!!
i used a toy mold from my daughter!

let the water simmer and put the crayons in!

the crayons are already melting!

see all melted! hurry before it starts getting hard again! Don't touch the glass with your hands ! its super hot! i just used my husbands tool!

and pour it into your mold!

wait a little, let it harden a little on the top before you put it in the freezer! i put it in there for five minutes!

and see you get your pretty crayon!

here is my tester! she loves it! and she cant break it! yay! lol

and i went a head and did some more!

look at the mess!! lol

here are the crayons i made!!

hope you enjoyed the tutorial!

Homemade Exfoliation Tutorial!

Tutorial:
So i love everything handmade! and i like to know whats in the things i buy! this exfoliation is very simple with only three ingredients! but its very effective! my husbands loves it shhhh don't tell him i told you! :) but anyway! i use it once a week... i read somewhere before if you exfoliate to much you will start taking away the live cells on your skin... and when you exfoliate you only want to take off the dead skin cells... makes sense right!
so here we go:

ingredients:
- sugar
- vegetable or olive oil
(preferably olive oil but this is what i had on hand)
- baking soda

put them all together... I'm not a big measurement person so i just put in enough to make me and my husband some! then you put it on your face... the sugar is going to scratch a little but don worry.. i think it feels good... keep rubbing all over your face! and rinse off with some warm water! and your all done!
simple but effective!

thanks for reading!
hope you all enjoy it!
God Bless
